Project Overview:
This project was a new residential construction where we were brought on-site during the building phase to implement preventive waterproofing solutions. Instead of treating leaks after the fact, the client wanted to get it right from the start .

What We Did:

• Wet Areas Waterproofing: Bathrooms, balconies, and other high-moisture zones were waterproofed before tiling and final finishes.

• Flat Roof Treatment: Since the structure featured a flat roof design, we applied a layered waterproofing membrane system to prevent pooling and future leakage.
